I love to teach yoga, whether it is higher level or completely beginniner, and the breathwork and stretches alone can make such a difference in your every day life. Relieving stress, pain, fatigue, and uncomfortability. My teaching helps students not only feel better physically, but become happier with themselves by knowing when to show up and push, but also surrender and relax.
I have been practicing yoga since I was 14, and am now 34. I have noticed the differences it makes in my daily life and well as long term changes to my health, mind, and anxiety levels. Being able to share this with others is so fulfilling to me and seeing my students grow and feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know the student first, what their goals are, what struggles they are going through, pain points, and what they like. Then we work on easy flows or stretches to create some body and spiritual awareness to see what will work best for them physically as well as meditatively.

Have practiced yoga all over the world, and a LOT of self study with different formats. (Vinyasa, Heat Compression, Barkan, Bikram, Power Vinyasa, Yin, Yang, Slow Flows, Breath Work)
Self study through reading and different types of self study and meditation and methods
