I had been suffering from end-stage arthritis in my hip for some time when I first took one of Diestene’s classes. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the time she took to gain insight not only into my capability and comfortable range of movement but also my motivation for taking the class and hopes for outcomes. Dee incorporated the information she gained into creating a beautiful flow and meditation tailored to my needs. What can I say….but chef’s kiss!
