We offer Kickboxing, Kung Fu, snd Women's Self defense class with flexible training methods. We are family friendly and customer focused. My personal experience covers a span of 50+ years. I am a US Army Veteran. I have share martial arts knowledge and experiences with many students and instructors over the course of 40 years. I've trained and studied many different arts, styles or concepts to be able to assist others in finding truth.
I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and watching them grow in this dynamic arena. Martial arts is a way of life. It can help with the physical attributes, and mental fortitude needed to manage or control situations. It's a great way to better health, general fitness and great discipline.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we start with a meeting to find out what interests and goals a prospective student has. Discuss which training program is best for the student. After class selection, we begin slow with fundamentals of warm ups and stretching to build up physical and mental conditio.Technigque and proper forms are promoted in the next 2 phases. and accomplishment are set and reached in between phases.

Diploma in Firness and nutrition.- Penn Foster Career School 2009
40 years teaching Kung Fu
40 years kickboxing and mixed martial arts
15 years military training to include training US military personnel, law enforcement and Costa Rican National Guards in hand to hand combat. Firearms Instructor certified. Fitness & Nutrition diploma.

I was teaching at the age of 14. This is when my instructor saw that I was ahead of my peers and allowed me to take lead of the class. I enjoyed the role of helping others learn and achieve.

Age 3 and up. Male, female, overweight, underweight, people with injury or rehabilitating from injury.
