I liked how knowledgeable Desmond is. If you don't know something he will break down everything for you that you need you to know. You can tell that he loves what he does and will insure that you get the results that you are aiming for. He's not perfect but he's as close as perfect can get. The top 3 things I look for in a trainer is 1. Patience 2. Motivation 3. A good time. Although he is a trainer, he makes each session enjoyable all while pushing you to your limit. First I will do an in depth consultation to learn of the individual's fitness goals, fitness history, and any other areas of concern. Next, I will inquire of what the individual requires/expects of me as a transformation coach and I will also outline how we will reach the intended goals! The client will also recieve a structured nutrition plan and I will check-in frequently via phone or text to see how the daily routine is going and to encourage a healthy overall lifestyle.
