    Desmond is one of the best experienced trainers that I've ever came in contact with. He was very professional and wanted to make sure that not only was he helping reach my goal, but that I also did it the right way. He's also extremely motivational and will keep pushing you when you feel like giving up. His meal plans are amazing as well, very easy to follow. The recipes that he gives you are delicious and even if you don't cook, they are easy to prepare. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First I will do an in depth consultation to learn of the individual's fitness goals, fitness history, and any other areas of concern. Next, I will inquire of what the individual requires/expects of me as a transformation coach and I will also outline how we will reach the intended goals! The client will also recieve a structured nutrition plan and I will check-in frequently via phone or text to see how the daily routine is going and to encourage a healthy overall lifestyle.
