What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Unlimited Motivation is my approach to getting the mind right for your transformation. This same and unique approach will yield the best results for staying on that path to health and wellness.  Most personal trainers start by focusing on nutrition or fitness, my primary focus is on motivation. This starts with a 15 to 20-minute consultation session where i identifies your needs, wants and personal goals. Speaking and writing down those goals solidifies what you WILL to accomplish.
