Mark works with you at your fitness level - he knew exactly how hard to push you without making it too hard. Mark is excellent at knowing exactly what you can do and what your needs are. Mark celebrates every success you achieve. He makes you want to work harder then you ever have before. Mark is the best trainer I have ever had the opportunity to train with!
