Robert has been both instructor, trainer and advocate of the fitness lifestyle for more than 25 years. A former commissioned officer with the US Army, served with distinction as a basic training commander, Fort Benning, GA in 1983.
Robert is currently a member of the Quest Gym personal training and fitness staff at Duluth, GA. He designs fitness, strength and conditioning programs to meet the goals of his clients.
Experience ranges from;
- Preparing young athletes for high school/college sports teams ranging from basketball, hockey, lacrosse, football and service military academies.
- Specialize in metabolic conditioning, weight loss and nutrition lifestyle through HIIT and boot camp programs.
- Senior fitness programs through the use of corrective excercise programs.
Over the years Robert has trained professional athletes to include NBA, US Bobsled, Golfers and Track and Field Athletes and Executives of Fortune 500 companies.
