I am very blessed to participate in the development of music in individuals who feel a love for music.  It is my joy to assist a person to find their personal expression in music.  I have worked with seasoned professionals including other teachers, ministers of music - but I also love to work with individuals who want music in their lives for personal reasons and pure enjoyment including children and up to senior citizens.  I enjoy helping others find the path for their music enjoyment whether it is for a professional or someone who just wants music as their hobby.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

ask yourself what you are looking to accomplish by working with a professional.  make sure you are working with a seasoned professional with the kind of expert experience in your field of interest.  ask yourself if you are working with a dedicated teacher who is passionate about what they are sharing with others.  i would be sure to look at their references and years of experience.
