What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Lets start with a free assessment, where we will figure out your goals, get to know each other, and set up a perfect plan that you can manage and stick with. This is important to us because it is the baseline for everything we do.   Our end goal is to get you to the point of self-manageability.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

I am Certified in First-aid/AED/CPR

I am Certified in First Degree Reiki

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

First off we love to barter, so if you have something you would like to offer us feel free to throw it out there! We offer 2 introductory sessions to make sure you are happy with our services. After that, our services come in 1 & 3 month packages. Each package is different and can be completely customized to your needs. Our 3 month Transformation package is backed with a special 100% money back guarantee. Feel free to text or call if you have any questions about our packages!

How did you get started teaching?

I learned my way around the gym at a young age, and pursued wrestling in high school. I led my team to state twice, and came back with some hardware. I have always followed my passion for helping people achieve their goals.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have a broad range of experience ranging from people with special needs to post-natal mothers, the elderly and even professional wake-boarders.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I have created a small group personal training class that focuses on getting people back into shape. I just started but have already seen so much progress in my clients! This is for people that want to get out of the gym and be outside. We sweat, we cry, we puke.. get over it.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Talk to a real person, find someone that you can relate to, you need someone to communicate with that will listen to your needs and goals.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Have in mind what exactly what your goals are. When asking questions make sure you really dig deep and relate to the person you speak with.
