About this pro

Getting into shape is not just about training the body it's about strengthening the mind and spirit as well. It is imperative to address certain behavior patterns that led to the state that one is in now. Without doing this, these behaviors can be a hindrance during the process and possibly after the desired goal has been reached. Our goal is to help you become the best version of you possible.

I enjoy knowing that i can have an impact on someone's life that can last a lifetime. To see a person's life change for the better, and knowing that i had a part  of it, Is an indescribable feeling. That's why i enjoy the occasional late nights and early mornings.

A healthy lifestyle is not only about exercising but also having a good diet for your fitness goals. As a former client and co-worker of Brad, I know he puts in the time to make sure he provides excellent insight in both areas.

Brad is so knowledgeable and encouraging. He truly cares about his clients. He really tailors the workouts around my goals and fitness level and is an expert at nutrition. Brad knows how to make you feel like family. He is modivating and always available to inspire and answer my questions. I lost 20lbs and 12% body fat in just a few months and have continued to train with Brad for over 2 years now. Highly recommend!!

Coach Brad's attention to specific details about me as an individual weather I was in a group or individual session. Always listened to my question and concerns about fitnes and nutrition. Did his best to assist me with both areas. Very encouraging, motivating and challenging.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The typical process of working with a new client is first gathering information. Things such as health history, exercise history, goals, what strengths does the individual have that can help reach these goas, what weaknesses do they have that may get in the way. These are just a few things that we would go through in order to discover the best path to our destination.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a certified Personal Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA) as well as ExpertRating. I'm a certfied Fitness Nutrition Coach and Life Style Weight Management Coach from the National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association(NESTA). I'm also certified Holistic Life Coach from The Spencer Institute.

How did you get started teaching?

I started training after serving in United States Air Force. During my time in service i was stayed in great shape because of my activity level playing semi-pro football and also playing for my base basketball team. While keeping myself in great shape other Airmen took notice and would ask me to help them get in shape to pass their Physical Assesment Tests. The feeling that i had from helping other people achieve their goals has always stayed with me and pushed me into the place i'm in today.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Think about your goals and be as detailed as possible. Don't leave out anything so that your instructor has all the info needed to put you in the best position to succeed.
