It is always inspiring to witness a transformation in a person's body taking place. When someone walks into the studio and is in pain and has run out of options, the greatest gift is seeing them enter into their new body, rid of past trauma.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
At pileddys, we assess the individuals' past injuries and current restrictions and customize a workout to strengthen the body and increase range of motin through pilates techniques. If there are lingering challenges, myofascial trauma release is offered to the client for an opportunity to heal on a deeper level. Feel free to check out yelp for client reviews.
