The life coaching I received from Liz Carlile was beneficial to me in several ways. I am a 68yr old who has worked out my entire life (primarily running). However, when I hit 60 I was having difficulty with sleeping, weight gain and finding new ways to motivate myself. Liz and I spoke once a week to discuss where I had improved and what I still needed to focus hard on. The coaching enforced what I knew but had not been doing: that it is ok to accept me as me and that being positive, even when I didn't feel very positive, were great motivating attitudes and allowed me to keep moving forward in a healthy way. Journaling is also a wonderful release and is easy to do. I only need to write a few key points and have found this exercise gives me a better mindset.
