I'm Parisa, and I'm a passionate yogi dedicated to sharing the transformative effects of yoga with those willing to learn. Yoga changed my life and taught me to live from a place of love rather than fear. I've been doing yoga for over 14 years, but I recently became certified to teach (200hRYT) and quit my job in corporate finance to pursue my dreams in sharing yoga, breath work, tapping, and meditation with my community. I love seeing people transform through their practice. Mindfulness practice has a long list of benefits include reduced anxiety, more confidence, a stronger sense of wellbeing, more creativity, lower instances of depression, spiritual growth, and a ton of physical benefits. Yoga practice can change your body's posture, flexibility, strength, lung capacity, and tone you up. If weight loss is a concern, I would recommend a power vinyasa practice with restorative in between.
I loved her energy, spirit, and guidance as she was working with a new yogi, my husband. She made him feel comfortable being totally new to yoga but also inspired him to continue on a new journey. She is really passionate and it makes anyone feel great to take a class with someone who has such positive energy.
I have taken several of Parisa’s classes and she’s awesome!! She makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She’s great even for beginner yogis but also the more experienced. Always love taking one of her classes!
She is very patient and good at explaining why and how to do poses and breath.
Parisa is a great yoga teacher! She motivates you and challenges you in your practice. She teaches a fantastic vinyasa flow but can also teach a calming chill slow flow. Highly recommend :)
