Dancing at this studio has quite literally changed my life in the best way. Krystian doesn’t just teach you how to dance, he gives you tools that help you feel more confident in life. Whether you want to dance for fun, professionally or look coordinated for your wedding this is the place. This studio has become my home away from home.

The instructors are very personable and very patient. They explain in detail the dance movements and flow along with the musicality that is so important to understanding dance. And work with you until you understand and are able to perform the dance. I love going to the studio; to me they are family.

I have been taking private salsa lessons with Dora for about 2 months. Prior to this, I had zero background with salsa, and had never tried it because I was a little self conscious about going out and taking a group class without any experience. After two months with Dora, I feel confident that I could go in a group or social dance setting and look like I know what I am doing with the basics of salsa. Again, this is with absolutely zero experience prior to my first lesson with her, so I think this says a lot about her ability to teach and build confidence . Dora is a great choice for a teacher if you are someone like me and maybe a little unsure of whether you could really learn this well enough to go out in a social setting. Dora has made the lessons fun, but more importantly she has taken a genuine interest in making sure I am actually learning what I need to know to be able to go out in a social setting and be confident with this.

Alisa is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever taken a class with. She brings a ton of positivity and excitement into the practice. She always has suggestions on how to do a pose that works for you, I am not the most flexible but she always found a way to help make things work. After every class I would walk away in a state of zen with a huge smile on my face. Alisa has so much to offer as she truly cares about all of her students and helping them achieve their goals both physically and spiritually. I can honestly say she makes showing up to do yoga everyday very enjoyable. If you have the chance to take a class with her I highly recommend you do as I guarantee she will quickly become your favorite go to instructor. An abundance of smiles, laughs, spiritual growth, and increased flexibility await =]

Empowering lives through Dance I’ve thought about that line at the top of Anna’s page many times as she has enthusiastically corrected my attempts at dancing. It has been a life long desire for me to learn to dance, and I think I can say with some confidence that I have achieved toddler status. That is not to mock what Anna has accomplished, because thanks to her excellent teaching, I have accomplished a couple of things in addition to the basics. I had the joy of a choreographed dance with my daughter at her wedding, and I was able to go onto the dance floor after the ceremony and have a great time. In addition to that Anna challenged me to learn a choreographed dance routine that she created for a regional showcase. I had the privilege of dancing with her in front of a crowd, as did several other of my fellow students, and it was very challenging and rewarding. Anna seems tirelessly creative, and impossibly patient. I wanted to say thank you this holiday season for the way she has changed my life with dance, and came up with a simple acrostic that speaks to some of the tools she’s taught me on this journey. Determination: when those feet just will not go where they're supposed to, relax and try again Attitude: stay positive, have fun Natural: Everyone learns at their own pace, be yourself Confidence: Believe you can do this and hold that damn frame!
