What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every client varies for the introduction process. We start by discussing personal goals for the program. Typically it starts with a health assessment covering posture alignment, mobility and range of motion, followed by a conversation covering nutritional habits and practices, and finally discussing health history (ie: allergies, injuries, etc.).

How did you get started teaching?
In college I started interning with Elite Athletic Development and MATR Labs. As I was in college I was developing online programs for individuals based on specific needs. Spent time with our Strength and Conditioning director to further understand human performance training methods. Later transitioned to FLO Fitness and Martial Arts to learn Self-Defense techniques that can carry over to both life and sport. Continuing to further my education I have completed the Poliquin Personal Training Certifcation, DBC Level 1, and DNS Exercise. Enrolled in the CHEK Academy currently IMS Level 1 and HLC Level 1.
What types of students have you worked with?
Children 5 & up; Junior High, High School, Collegiate, and Professional Athletes; Adults and Elderly Populations; Obese Populations; Special Populations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
DBC Level 1 Certification learning under both David Alexander and Donnie Raimon. The system that is created for athletes such as Lebron James, Victor Olidipo, John Wall, Von Miller, Rashad Jones, and many more.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The industry is filled with get results quick "guru's" everything. I like the quote: "Anything in life worth having is worth working for." - Andrew Carnegie
