Every client varies for the introduction process. We start by discussing personal goals for the program. Typically it starts with a health assessment covering posture alignment, mobility and range of motion, followed by a conversation covering nutritional habits and practices, and finally discussing health history (ie: allergies, injuries, etc.).

In college I started interning with Elite Athletic Development and MATR Labs. As I was in college I was developing online programs for individuals based on specific needs. Spent time with our Strength and Conditioning director to further understand human performance training methods. Later transitioned to FLO Fitness and Martial Arts to learn Self-Defense techniques that can carry over to both life and sport. Continuing to further my education I have completed the Poliquin Personal Training Certifcation, DBC Level 1, and DNS Exercise. Enrolled in the CHEK Academy currently IMS Level 1 and HLC Level 1.
