About
I create a customized program that’s tailored to the client’s needs as far as their goals and their weaknesses. No cookie cutter base training. You’re evaluated through a intricate assessment called “Functional Moving Assesment”. This shows me what your strengths are and your weakness as well. I specialize in core strength & endurance training. I’m confident in my skills sets and I have four certifications accredited to my profession. National Academy of Sports Medicine. BOSU Training (stability), TRX (suspension strength training to help lose weight and/or build muscle in a calisthenic approach) and cardio condition training that’ll help keep the unwanted weight off if you’re looking to lose weight.
This is what I’m passionate about. I wake up and go to bed with this skill set that I have in my mind. I can’t see myself doing anything else but this type of work. I love to see goals being achieved and changing people lives. That’s the fullfillment I get from doing what I do. I truly enjoy my job.
