What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually meet and greet the client before hand and ask them about their goals. I usually like to see if we are compatible too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have breathed, lived and been around gyms for most of all my life- so I know what it takes to be successful and reach your goals. You have to work smarter not harder. I hold a certification in personal/group training and also am certified in physical therapy aide.
