What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each person is different which requires personalized attention. We schedule an in home visit where we get to know each other; evaluate and assess what would be the best plan of care and attainable goals.
This could take one to two hours. I never rush or skimp on an evaluation. This evaluation will be your blue print for your healthiest journey with guiding, helping and educating as we go along.

I try to help my clients by offering packages
if you buy 5= one at no charge
if you buy 10= two at no charge
single sessions are also available
I try to work with my clients to charge what they can afford.
How did you get started teaching?
I worked for a fitness studio and loved it instantaneously. I opened my own health and fitness studio and was proud of what my clients accomplished. Eventually went back to school to learn more about the anatomy and decided to schedule in home visits.
