I am a Master Instructor for Balanced Body. I teach the teachers and certify them in BODHI Suspension. I am comprehensively trained in pilates and have been teaching for the last 6 years. I started 416 Pilates in 2014 and have maintained my client list of over 40 clients for the last 4 years. I primarily teach small group classes which allows for personalization in every lesson. I love the focus of 416 Pilates. Meghan truly cares about your body and movement. She adjusts the movements based on your flexibility. She makes it fun and challenging. I have been diligent in my class attendance for 2 years. I feel more fit, flexible and motivated. I am never afraid of being 'hurt' which comes from the total trust I have in Meghan and her training. I have learned so much about my body. Everything is easily applied to activities outside the studio to protect the vulnerable areas of the body. She is one instructor the walks the talk. I started doing Pilates over three years ago with Meghan. I was a little intimidated by the reformer, but Meghan has been wonderful in introducing it to me and continually challenging me to improve myself. With each class I have felt my core becoming stronger. I am able to complete exercises and activities that I never imagined that I would be able to do. Meghan is very knowledgeable in Pilates, Bohdi, anatomy and physiology. She is able to help me when my back or knee is bothering me. She helps to improve my discomfort through movement. Meghan knows her clients and challenges them with each workout. She continues to receive training on new equipment and incorporates that into workouts. I highly recommend Meghan!
I offer all new students a 30 minute introduction on me. In this 30 min intro my hope is to learn more about you, your goals and what you want out of pilates. You will also learn about pilates, the pilates reformer and the other pilates modalities that might work for you.
