As a trainer I bring a level of understanding and knowledge as both an athlete and coach that helps me understand client’s needs, allowing them to attain their true abilities. I have experience working with a variety of exercise methods, such as conventional weight lifting, kettlebells, suspension systems, and other functional strength/endurance methods. My training style is leading by example and when not teaching classes; I'm often training side-by-side with our clients. With 9 years of competitive Boxing, I brought an expertise of training to clients that they did not experience with other trainers. My knowledge helped teach clients the science behind the sport, from the basic level, up to competition level.
