About
I bring an infusion of bodyweight training, targeted mobility and connected movement patterns to work your body in familiar and new ways to challenge yourself, improve your body's function and clear your mind.
I am an avid believer that movement is medicine! It is my honor to lead others through challenging their body and breathing. Yoga and fitness have astronomically improved my life, so I'm now able to share it with the world.
