Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We teach you the position you prefer, make an assessment of your potential success and commitment to learning it, then we decide if you'll be good fit or make a suggestion for another position.
Takes about 3 weeks to see measurable changes in athletic performance soon long as the student athlete is fully committed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a head coach who's been teaching for over 45 years along with current members who have over 10 years of experience plus alumni who have over 20 years in our system.
Former semi pro league MVPs, all stars, pro athletes and international athletes are able to provide detailed information that has helped them become success not only in formal but also life
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
10 dollars per lesson and that can be paid same day, week, month etc. We're very flexible and understanding
How did you get started teaching?
I saw a need on my team and I filled it. The deserve to see others succeed lead me into my leadership role and then eventually teaching and coaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
We've worked with guys who have zero football experience all the way up to guys with professional experience. We accept any all students that are willing and able to commit
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have a QB who normally plays OL. He struggled at first learning the offense, but now he's become proficient enough to earn himself playing time at QB and is effective at running the offense
Another is watching one of our guys this year, who has zero football experience, lead group exercises and for him to notice how much easier certain drills and movements are for him now after only a few months of consistency
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Come with an open mind that's ready to learn. Always ask questions. There are no dumb questions here. If you go else where look for someone with a teaching background. Most teachers make great coaches
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do I(the student) have 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years or more to sacrifice to get to where I want to be?
Am I financially sound to make this commitment?
Do I have enough time in my schedule?
Do I want to just play or do I want to be coached?
