I have been training under Heidi for a little over a year now. I love her thoughtful classes filled with intense workout classes using permutation combination of moves and equipments. Heidi is wonderful!! I've tried other personal trainers in the past, and I feel like she is able to push me more than they had. I will say, I HATE working out, but I do feel absolutely fantastic after our sessions. She is always flexible with our times, and that is much appreciated. I'm definitely at a very beginner fitness level, and she can modify exercises so I can do a number of different workouts so it doesn't get boring. She manages to get me to do the things I hate (lunges), but can differentiate between when I'm just whining because I hate a workout and when I truly am having a lot of difficulty with doing something, in which case she will give an alternative that I can manage. Heidi also makes a point to make herself available via text if I have any questions or concerns, whether it be a pain I'm having or a nutrition question. Would HIGHLY recommend her and couldn't be happier with our sessions.
