How did you get started teaching?
I been in mixed martial arts since I was a toddler and in heavy sports through high school. I was training for a competition, injured my hand during boxing training and had to be out for a year. While healing I decided that I wanted to teach people the fundamentals that I had possessed in boxing and bodybuilding over my lifetime and teach other's how to be healthy.
