One of the most exciting elements of what I do, is being able to see the look on a client's face when they realize how strong and capable they actually are! Most people think that because they don't run marathons, or look like the magazine covers that they won't be able to take on most physical challenges in the gym. The myth of fitness is that everyone is skinny, ripped, fit and tan. But that is just not true. We are here for all the people who are ready to break down the barriers, get fit and have fun doing it!
