About

After recognizing the mental health benfits, I know now practice to keep myself ground through a healthy mind, body, and spirit. I completed my 200-hr yoga teacher training in 2017 through Yoga Six Chicago, eager to join a community focused on compassion and self care. I strive for an empowered, lighthearted environemtn for my students to explore their vinyasa practice. I am also a wellness coach with my MS in nutrition, where I focus on building realistic nutrition goals, managing stress and anxiety, and exploring the concept of simplifying.
