Classic Pilates

Classic Pilates is a full service studio offering private, semi-private, and small group classes — all on Gratz apparatus. Our lineage is through Romana Kryzanowska, who was chosen by Joseph Pilates to maintain and teach the integrity of his system of exercises after he was no longer able. All of our instructors have gone through a rigorous program of certification with Romana, her daughter Sari Mehia Santos, and Level One Instructor Juanita Lopez. Our aim is to provide a well rounded Pilates practice to all. Whether you are an accomplished athlete, or a beginner on your quest for vitality, we can help you accomplish your goals. The key is in the system of exercises.
