I have been meeting with Innerbodystrength for over a year. We focused on mat Pilates, but also learned about other things as well. Angie is a very grounded and non judgmental teacher which was perfect for me coming with all my out of shape-ness and insecurities. I have taken several fitness classes over the years and Angie is by far the best instructor I have ever had. She is super detail oriented and with one fix, can transform how your body is doing a particular exercise. Pilates can be very intimated but Angie makes everyone feel welcome and fully explains the movements. She makes class fun yet challenging and it is truly the best part of my day!

I’ve been training with AP for about two months now though it only took one for me to see drastically improved results in my abs, posture, balance, and core strength. What I enjoy about her classes is that she ups the ante as you progress. Every session is a challenge with a new movement on the reformer or chair, and at times can be somewhat of a mental and physical war within yourself. I leave every session feeling accomplished and better at Pilates because with her great attention to detail, if you listen and incorporate the feedback she provides, you will certainly feel it in whatever muscle group that’s being worked on.

I offer a complimentary 30 min session to show you how I teach and to get to know how you move. We will engage in conversation, I like to ask about injuries, workout history, what has worked before, to be able to assess my professional recommendation.
