At Pilates Artistry, we truly believe in the transformative power of exercise. We stay true to Joseph H. Pilates words that movement heals. We are committed to teaching excellence and to teach our clients in a way that gives them confidence and autonomy. Pilates Artistry has teachers who can teach to any age, injury, pathology, and help empower participants to take charge of their health.
It is our mission to embody and impart the highest level of Pilates standards and professionalism to create joyous human experiences of movement. We are committed to safety and education. We provide an extensive breadth and depth of movement education for all backgrounds and demographics. We are also a locally and nationally recognized provider of professional continuing education. It is our belief that through educating members about their bodies’ potential, they will not only move better, but they will live better.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We do an online client intake to get any relevant health information. We then match up the new student with the best teacher. New clients can purchase our intro special of 3 private sessions for $150. Clients can then purchase an additional 7 sessions for $350. Clients are required to complete 10 private sessions before enrolling in any classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers have completed a minimum of 450 hours of training and most have well beyond that in continuing education. We have extensive training in anatomy, kinesiology, and movement. Teachers are trained in pre-hab and re-hab for shoulders, hips, and spine.
