Terran Rae Smith

Hi! I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, nutritionist, and group fitness instructor who has been in the business for 6+ years. I have experience working with special needs populations and also am a tutor of a variety of subjects from reading and writing to study skills and organization.

I am an advocate for wellness and mental health and have experience working with a variety of populations. I specifically have a lot of experience working with individuals with autism of all different ages.

I am available for hire remotely or in person in the Chicago area. I aim to uplift and inspire with positivity and hope to work with you soon!
