My name is Lisa Sparagna. I am passionate about creating a safe space where people can connect to the quiet of their inner wisdom.
I have been practicing and teaching meditation, mindfulness, and yoga for over fifteen years. These practices guide my life: mindfulness keeps me present, meditation returns me to quiet and stillness, and yoga provides a flexible way to be in my life and our world.
I am certified in Mindfulness Meditation, I have a 500 hour certification in yoga. I have been trained in trauma sensitive mindfulness and yoga.
Sharing these tools with others gives me great joy!

I have been meditating with Lisa for almost the past ten years. Lisa has a gentle voice and provides soothing guidance that helps me experience deep relaxation and stress relief. Shes inclusive and welcoming, and covers a wide range of meditations, from basic body scans to loving kindness, imagery and visualization, and sometimes includes poetry and spiritual reflection that enhances her meditation. I always enjoy and benefit from her sessions.
