My name is Derek Hurschman. I am Sport Specific Trainer for athletes who want to take their game to the next level.

My focus is explosion and power, quickness and speed, strength and coordination, mindset and mental visualization, and sports functional movement that will translate directly to the field or court.

I have over 20-years of experience in sport. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate in Sport and Clinical Psychology. My studies in Sports Psychology and Applied Sport Science, as well as being a former American-Football coach on the college level and former Professional Athlete throughout Europe have only increased my knowledge on the subject of how to mold regular people into high level athletes.

I am a Performance Trainer and Specialized Coach who can see the major and minor details in the bodies movement and explain true, proper form that normal personal trainers in regular gyms cannot identify.
