About
As Ray Lewis once said, "The hardest thing to do is work hard when no one is watching." This is work that separates average from good, good from great, or non-scholarship from scholarship athletes.
My name is Coach Hursch, and I specialize in helping athletes take their performance to the next level by focusing on explosion, power, quickness, speed, strength, coordination, mental health, mindset, mental visualization, and sports functional movement that directly translates to success on the field or court.
With over 20 years of experience in sports, I have had the privilege of working with high school, NCAA Division 1-3 athletes, NFL, and professional athletes, providing them with the tools they need to excel. I’m not a "fancy" trainer — I focus on what works to make the athlete the best they can be. My training is based on proven methods that enhance performance in real-world scenarios.
Currently a Doctoral Candidate in Sport and Clinical Psychology, my studies in Sports Psychology and Applied Sport Science, combined with my experience as a former college football coach and professional athlete throughout Europe, give me a unique understanding of how to develop athletes from any level into elite performers. I can pinpoint the major and minor details in an athlete's movement, helping them master proper form and mechanics that most trainers overlook.
If you're ready to enhance your performance and dominate in your sport, feel free to contact me to set up a training session.
