I was very skeptical about meditation all my life. Not because I don’t believe in it, but because I could not stay at one place without moving for more than 2 min. I didn’t even know how to meditate. So I decided to give it a try at a moment that was most stressful in my life. I am so glad I met Violet because she showed me so much. She helped me clear my thoughts and become stronger. She helped me get rid of all negative thoughts and bad experiences in my life. I am learning every day and thanks to her my chaos is gone. My mind is clear and I am not stressed. I sleep better I eat better and I have tons of energy.

My experience with Violet was great. She is very easy to talk to and welcoming. Learning to meditate has changed the way I feel and look at the world towards a more positive way. I no longer get worried or anxious over things that I used to and am able to sleep better at night without waking up and staying awake for 2-3 hours worried and contemplating about whatever issues were bothering me. Having a more positive mindset and perspective of my surroundings has attracted in return many good outcomes and people. The key is to be consistent and meditate every day if possible.
