What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We schedule an initial evaluation for each athlete we work with. This gives us a chance to see how their body moves so we can figure out the best way to go about training them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I interned with the Harvard University Strength and Conditioning Department in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I am also a Certified Weightlifting Performance coach as well as Be Activated Level 1 and 2 Certified.
