For the past 20 years, Body & Brain Yoga has been a national leader in health, wellness, and integrative lifestyle education, with over 100 centers nationwide. Body & Brain Yoga utilizes Brain Education, a modernized system of holistic healing and mind-body practices based on ancient Korean training techniques. Our centers offer integrative classes and programs focusing on yoga, tai-chi, meditation, martial arts, and energy healing for all levels.
I love meeting people and seeing the transformation they experience once they started with this mindfulness practice, to increase flexiblity, improve concentration, manage stress, control weight, and/or obtain better sleep and more vitality. I experienced these changes myself since 2012 when I started. I am passionate in sharing this practice with people in our communities.

The best way to start learning and practicing Body & Brain is to book a 1-on-1 Introductory Session. One of our trained instructors will work with you to check your flexibility, balance, breathing,and stress levels and provide 1-on-1 guidance on how best to utilize our exercises and programs.
