About
With my education in Counseling Psychology, I approach baseball as a way to develop in all areas of life. I place emphasis on personal accountability, self-awareness, open communication, player empowerment, and especially mental health and performance. In my 8 years of coaching, I have worked with players of all ages and skill levels.
As Canes Illinois GM and Hitting Director I am tasked with the physical, athletic and mental developement of all of our athletes. I take the same approach in my private lessons and classes that I do with my entire organziation.
Getting to know my athletes on a personal level. I emphasize interpesonal performance as a key strategy to unlock athletes potential. My coach/player relations will allow for the development of an innner voice, improve self-talk, and develop physcial movements and intentions.
