With over 10 years of high level baseball experience (2 years NJCAA D1, 3 years NCAA D1, 2+ Years Professional, 3+ years Coaching) I have been training youth through college athletes with a combination of my personal experience combined with my studies. I graduated from the University of South Carolina: Upstate in 2022 with a bachelors in science in Pre Physical Therapy. There I studied anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and exercise science. I have worked with over 300+ athletes and continue to learn along the way. When working with my athletes, I utilize ArmCare.com, Trackman, Traq, and Video Analysis to give them the best opportunity to learn and improve.
