I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I teach the boxing class on Wednesday nights where we focus on technique. Since I have been a personal trainer for some time now I've worked with a variety of clientele, however my expertise includes: Powerlifting, sports condictioning, and jiu-jitsu. This year I will be competeing in strongman- which is a competetion in which we lift items that are not found in a normal gym setting, such as a car. My favorite movement to preform is Roman dead lifts. I became a trainer, because I have been an athlete my enitre life and learned alot about taking care of my body. I would like to pass on that knowledge to others as well. My biggest piece of advice is don't stop, you'll get where you want to be with consistency and paitence.
