About

"Fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times"- Bruce Lee. It takes the body 10,000 times in order to "perfect" a specific talent. Within those 10,000 reps, your body is continually trying to master that technique and eventually you can do it instinctively. My goal in this training isn't to teach you a thousand different techniques in your position, but to master the top 3 and make those your foundation to apply to any scenerio you may find yourself in within the field of competion. Players such as Ray Lewis and J.J watt didn't just come out of the womb as monsters ( at least i hope not) but they spent countless hours sharpening their craft and honing in on specific skill sets. Here we Focus on Fundamentals, Technique, and countless repetition. Hard work will always beat talent when talent doesn't want to work hard. You don't need to worry about having talent to be an elite athlete, you just need to give the effort. If you show up willing to give that maximum effort, then you will leave this program with talent that was always within you.

I am passionate about devloping athletes to perfect their craft because I am a player myself. As an athlete who has played at all levels; high school, collegiate, and professionally- I am dedicated to putting in the same effort to refine techiniques in the athletes I train. As a player i've been inspired by the coaches who have made an impact on me personally and professionaly. As you begin to train young athletes, it is always amazing to watch how much they progress throughout the course of the workouts. Practice always makes progress, and the progression from day one to day 30 is always astounding. You literally see the improvements day in and day out. That is one of the things that make the "grind" worthwhile. Not only do you get to equip the athletes with lessons on the field, but they unknowingly learn key traits of how to become successful in the real world, such as developing a great, consistent work ethic, persevering through adversity, goal setting, and various other key traits that businesses look for in employees. It's a blessing to get to share with others what great coaches have shared with me.

My son Luke recently switched from playing offense to defensive line. A buddy of mine suggested that I get with Coach Silverberry since he used to play D- Line at UC. Man is this guy the real DEAL. Not going to lie, one of the reviews had me worried at first, but Luke Loves him! Patient, and Understanding, but man he is bringing the beast out of him and I love it. I appreciate you my man!

Wonderful Coach, Just pushed my son a little more than Im use to. Zach who is 14 has been playing football for 2 years now as a defensive tackle. Mouhon has been a stickler for technique(reminds me of my basketball coach in college) , but it always encouraging. Definitely will keep training with him. Wish he had his own facility to train since this weather is unreliable.

I loved that he was very patient with my son, James. At first, i was a little worried because my son plays offensive line, and Mr. Mouhon only played defense line, but he was able to teach and push James in the areas that he needed improvement in. He also helped him become a better d-lineman. I do wish that he was more available during the week and that he would focus on more positions outside Defensive Line, Linebacker. James loves working with Silverberry and he gives him the added confidence he needs to get better. Thank you Sir.

Silverberry worked great with my son! He was so accommodating finding a place to practice and was so motivating. He helped him with drills to increase his speed and even helped him gain weight for his position. Great role model for my son. Thanks coach!

    Frequently asked questions

When working with new students, I want to see where they are at physcially and how familiar they are within that position. I have them set 3 goals they want achieved within the time period of us working together. From there, just create a foundation on what we need to focus on and get started from there. Everyone is different so building a rapport with each athlete individually will give me a better understanding on how to approach each individual.
