What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we collect your current habits with our intake questionnaire and talk about what it is you really want and why. We then help you formulate a customized action plan with our health coaching and/or exercise training services. Each month, we assess the results and adjust as needed.

Everyone starts with a free discovery call to better understand the services that we provide. We offer start-up bundles, monthly memberships and a 6-month health coaching program.
How did you get started teaching?
Once I helped my first client to live stronger, I was hooked. I believe we should all have enough of a grasp on the basics of deep health that we are empowered to achieve our best health versus being frustrated by the status quo.
What types of students have you worked with?
I really enjoy working with clients who desire to eat, exercise and live better. This has included kids as young as 8, athletes, adults and seniors who want guidance and accountability to maximize their movement patterns, energy level and health potential.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A fitness coach should have an out-going, positive and energetic personality. They should be walking the walk.
