How did you get started teaching?
I have an extreme passion for intentional living. If you want to lose weight, fine. Get stronger, cool. Have more energy, I can help with that too. I feel we all should be the authors of our health destiny!
What types of students have you worked with?
Kids as young as 8 and seniors as old as 102. I enjoy working with them all the same! I really enjoy clients who want to better their eating, exercise, and therapeutic lifestyle. I currently have a few clients middle and high school age who need safe guidance, professionals who accountability, and near retirement and retirement age who want to regain or maintain energy and vitality for years to come.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A fitness coach should have an out-going, positive and energetic personality. They should be walking the walk.
