Always a true authentic experience with Aarti.

Aarti is one of those people who is always guided by her heart and the best intentions for anyone she comes in contact with. She adjusts her practice to the individuals who present to her rather than her own goals for the day. She customizes her flows for the needs of the individuals she is clearly there to help. Finding Aarti was a blessing!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I offer the first lesson as a free one to help the student make the right decision before the invest in the classes.

I send them a health form and a waiver to fill before we begin classes.

If they have certain special needs due to their health I research and formulate the class for them.

I send them the class we practice so that if they don’t decide to continue with my they still have a practice which will help them get healthy.

After our class I send them a feedback form immediately so that they can put down their experience which is fresh in their memory.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
