Providing a workout routine using the science of Yoga catering to individual needs to bring out the best result for the client.
I have worked with clients with back problems, recovery after surgery, asthma, migraines, SI joint injury, muscular atrophy to helping clients with anxiety, depression and fear.
I have also helped clients lose weight, overcome constipation and sluggishness.
In short 8 years I have been blessed with clients ranging from age group 2-77 years old.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer the first lesson as a free one to help the student make the right decision before the invest in the classes.
I send them a health form and a waiver to fill before we begin classes.
If they have certain special needs due to their health I research and formulate the class for them.
I send them the class we practice so that if they don’t decide to continue with my they still have a practice which will help them get healthy.
After our class I send them a feedback form immediately so that they can put down their experience which is fresh in their memory.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters's in Biology and have been certified for 12 years in yoga training.
Currently training for 500 hours to be able to offer more meditation and Yoga Nidra techniques to clients.

$100/private lesson
$750/10 classes
$20/walk-in - group lesson
$150/10 class package group lesson
$100/month for unlimited group classes
How did you get started teaching?
I noticed the benefits of practicing yoga in 2007.
I decided to learn to help make my days better and be able to serve better to people who depended upon me.
In 2008 I enrolled for my first training.
Since then there has been no looking back.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have been blessed and grateful to have had the opportunity to work with healthy bodies and minds but also bodies which needs the tools of yoga to lead a better life.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
If you are committed to finding your best health and wellness I am committed to bringing it to you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I have often sat in senior fitness classes and experienced the small functional movements and found benefits in my overall fitness.
When you are looking for a class your questions will get answered by your mind and body. Give yourself time to listen to the answers.
