Alisa is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever taken a class with. She brings a ton of positivity and excitement into the practice. She always has suggestions on how to do a pose that works for you, I am not the most flexible but she always found a way to help make things work. After every class I would walk away in a state of zen with a huge smile on my face. Alisa has so much to offer as she truly cares about all of her students and helping them achieve their goals both physically and spiritually. I can honestly say she makes showing up to do yoga everyday very enjoyable. If you have the chance to take a class with her I highly recommend you do as I guarantee she will quickly become your favorite go to instructor. An abundance of smiles, laughs, spiritual growth, and increased flexibility await =]

I found Jim to be very knowledgeable and able to put things "in my terms". As a beginner he was able to teach me how to play and read some music. He is patient yet passionate enough to push you. He's always willing to answer questions (even my most basic ones) with enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend to any level student because I've seen him play and here can jam.
