About this pro

NASM CPT/CES

This is a hands on "form and function" dedicated Strength and Conditioning service. Through this service you can prepare yourself for sports requiring explosive power, mobility, and functonal strength. Working "smarter not harder" is good, but smarter and harder is better.

Beginners welcome !

I love the process. I've got clients who aspire to be professional athletes, and clients that havent moved a dumbbell in decades. The relationship I build with my clients creates a unique bond for a lifetime of success. Simply put, the process works !

He is down to earth and is not the stereotypical trainer. He cares about your success and always puts in as much as you do and more. Besides coaching and training, he teaches you the "why" instead of "do this...now that". He also puts together workout plans and holds you accountable, even thru text which I think is pretty cool because he genuinely cares. He is very knowledgeable on nutrition as well, and shares with me nutritional goals that will best benefit my goals. He has been training me for about a year now and I am loving the results! Definitely sticking with this trainer.

I am a competitive bodybuilder and i am training with a specific goal on how my body needs to look, and Saturn w/Overpowered Strength not only exceeded expectations when it came to the overall look of my body but it didn’t stop there. On top of that my lifting numbers skyrocketed. If you are interested or maybe skeptical on what a personal trainer and good community of people (Iron Mine Gym) could actually do for you just know you are in good hands with a top notch trainer!
