    He is down to earth and is not the stereotypical trainer. He cares about your success and always puts in as much as you do and more. Besides coaching and training, he teaches you the "why" instead of "do this...now that". He also puts together workout plans and holds you accountable, even thru text which I think is pretty cool because he genuinely cares. He is very knowledgeable on nutrition as well, and shares with me nutritional goals that will best benefit my goals. He has been training me for about a year now and I am loving the results! Definitely sticking with this trainer.
