I take time to actually teach and demonstrate the drills and techniques to my students. I always remind them it's ok to make mistakes. My main focus is the effort my students display during my sessions
I enjoy watching the growth of my students. I enjoy watching them gain confidence as the sessions progress. It follows them off the court as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start off all sessions with an introduction. Keeps the students at ease. Let them know what I expect and encourage effort not perfection. Then depending on level or group size I proceed with drills and skills training
