The most important part of of working with a new client is to make sure we I am a good fit for them and that I can meet their expectations. I specialize in injury rehabilitation, weightloss, flexibility, strenght conditioning, body sculpting, and nutrition.
Standard price per session is $100 per hour session plus full fitness and nutritional counceling.
Professional price per session is $250 per 3 hour session plus fitness and nutrition preperation guidance.
Expert price per session is $500 per 4 hour session plus fitness and nutritional meal preperation.
I started a t a young age teaching back and coaching the younger team sports as I learned. It was a passion to share what I had learned with those on my same path and journey. As I got older I realized I had a passion for sports and fitness and teaching other how to get to their next level. I grew up learning mixed martial arts, boxing, soccer, and all the different styles of muscle training that they entailed.
I have worked for top fitness clubs in the united states as a personal trainer and director as well as, professional athletes, celebrity musical artist and actors.
When looking fot the right trainer make sure that they are good listeners and can identify what your true needs are. Do not trust the trainer that is the "yes" man or women. Look for someone that is knowledgable and an expert in the area of fitness you are looking for. Do not waste your time with a trainer that does not have any enthusiasm for what they do.
