We currently have 7 Personal Trainers at Hometown with various certifications to help you reach your goals. Whatever your goals may be whether it's increased mobility, weight losss, increased strength and endurance, sports specific training, we have the trainer to help you. With certifications such as NASM, ACSM, Senior Specilist, CrossFit Level 1, and more, you can see that regardless of what your goals may be we have the certifications and experience to get you there. We will talk about your fitness goals and help you pick the right program tailored specifically for you.
We truly have a passion for helping people achieve whatever goals they have. Seeing someone do something that they never thought possible and push themselves out of their comfort zone is one of the most rewarding parts of training. Our trainers go above and beyond to help people maintain a lifestyle of health and wellness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To begin with we like for a new member to sit down with our Personal Training Manager, Mary. She will conduct a short fitness assessment and chat with you about what your personal goals are, any physical limitations you might have, your availability and what you are looking for in a personal trainer. We also have a roledex of all of our personal trainer bios so you can browse thru, look at their certifications and choose who you would like to work with if you have a preference. From there Mary can set you up with your first one on one session.
