About
For the past 12 years I've tuaght Voice & Piano lessons. I was lucky enough to begin studying and performing proffesionally from a young age. I teach classical technique as well as music theater.
I earned my MBA in Vocal Performance at Utah State Universtiy. Throughout my education, privately or at university, I was blessed to study under the direction of Michael Ballam (Utah Festival Opera), Lynn Kiesker (Utah Opera), Craig Jessop (MOTAB), Cindey Dewey (Utah State University), Tuacahn Center for the Arts, as well as many others.
My lessons focus on proper technique and application. Its important that students connect to material they are excited and passionate about. We focus on understanding your body as an instrument, breathing, warm ups, text, & music.
Teaching is most rewarding and meaningful when students achieve the things they never thought were possible.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For each new student the first lesson is a consultation with the student & parent(s)/guardian (If student is under 18). This consultation is spent building a foundation, setting expectations and developing a lesson plan that caters spicificly to each student's goals and needs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Voice lessons are 60 minutes long (this gives us proper time to warm up correctly and work on repertoire) and priced at $25 per lesson.
Piano lessons are 30 - 45 minutes depending on age and skill level. Lessons are $20 per lesson.
