What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It all starts with a simple questionnaire. Following that, we can hop on a call and see exactly what our goals are and what kind of plan we can come up with. If the plan does not fit your lifestyle, than how can it be successful?

I’ve been in the health and wellness space for over 7 years now. I work closely 1-on-1 with clients to meet any and all of their nutrition or fitness needs.

How did you get started teaching?
What drove me to start coaching was the lack of “correct” information in the nutrition and Personal training space. I was sick and tired of people being lied to, and not being able to reach their goals that they wanted so badly. So I’m here to clean up this space and shed some light along with some motivation,and positivity.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
A one on one bond is number 1 in my book. It could be the “smartest” trainer in the world, but if you are not happy with your relationship, it will mean nothing.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Easy. What are your micro and macro goals? From here you need to understand a viable plan that will get you there.
