I am a ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach who works with clients ranging from ages 22-60. I help the m build strong muscle,strengthen their core and abs,build stronger Glute muscle and a rounder butt,also help them with nutrition by teaching better eating habits and also how to deal with stress through exercise. I even have a program named Stronger Dads where I help hard working dads ages 40 and up to gain more muscle,build extraordinary physique,build up stamin, and look and feel young again.
I enjoy seeing my clients feel good about themselves and gain more confidence. Not everyone is meant to be slim but you can be healthy and look great by eating right and exercising.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I begin with a new student first we have an initial consultation where I find out what you're looking to accomplish while exercising with me and then we set up your health assessment. From there we sign the necessary documents to protect both myself and the client during our fitness journey together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the ISSA as a personal trainer and also studying to be a health coach. I was a wrestler in middle school and have been exercising and training for over 5 years.

I charge $60 a session and also monthly packages for up to 12 sessions as well as packages for groups and for my Stronger Dads program.
